Job summary

Regent University seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our campus facilities in top condition. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and light construction to ensure safety and a welcoming environment for faculty, staff and students.

This on-site role requires lifting up to 65 pounds, the ability to work with minimal supervision, after-hours on-call coverage, and alignment with Regent’s Christ-centered values and core commitments to Excellence, Innovation and Integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 3 years’ experience in general repairs
• Able to use all types of hand tools

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Perform all repairs and preventative maintenance necessary to ensure maximum safety and upkeep of Regent University.
• Perform all aspects of light construction and remodeling.
• On call for after-hours emergencies and inclement weather.
