Job summary

Bethesda Home of Aberdeen seeks a dedicated maintenance worker to ensure the upkeep of facilities including the Parkside Retirement Community and Bethesda Towne Square. Duties include grounds maintenance, building repairs, and coordination with contractors and staff. Ideal candidates will have experience in HVAC, wiring, or plumbing, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record required.
• General maintenance and repair skills necessary.
• HVAC, wiring, or plumbing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, buildings, and equipment efficiently.
• Report daily to Maintenance Director for assignments.
• Perform assigned maintenance functions in a professional manner.
• Oversee external contractors' work.
• Complete maintenance service requests as assigned.
