The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, and physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs. CDL may be required for some duties; on-site, full-time work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC certification or equivalent credentials preferred.
• CDL license may be required for some duties.
• Mechanical/machinery maintenance experience needed.
• Ability to read, write and do basic arithmetic; strong computer skills.
• Extensive mobility required; ability to lift up to 100 lbs; work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Notify supervisor of concerns or problems within the facility.
• Document material/supply orders and daily usage.
• Complete work orders for equipment and furniture repairs.
• Install, maintain and repair mechanical, electrical and facility systems.
• Coordinate with vendors; manage after-hours tasks to ensure safe operations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on plant equipment and systems.
• Support snow removal, lighting, plumbing, and minor construction tasks as needed.
