Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is looking for a Maintenance tech in Alburtis, PA to support day-to-day site reliability. The role focuses on preventing and correcting maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while adhering to safety standards.

The candidate should have 3+ years of facilities maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to respond to on-call emergencies. Mon-Fri 6:30am-3pm with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a facilities technician or maintenance role.
• Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems (MEP).
• Strong diagnostic skills to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Ability to respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and perform repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance on MEP systems.
• Inspect, maintain, and repair drainage systems and restroom fixtures.
• Monitor compressed air systems and schedule preventative maintenance.
• Oversee dock and loading equipment systems and coordinate vendor support.
