Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, community, and equipment in compliance with state safety regulations
• Plan, prepare and operate under the Maintenance budget
• Lead and oversee housekeeping team
• Repair equipment or coordinate repairs with contracted personnel
• Interact with residents, staff, family members, visitors and government agencies
