Responsibilities

• Maintain buildings and building systems at designated CCHCS locations.
• Provide preventive and predictive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, repairs and special projects.
• Schedule and oversee contractors at assigned properties.
• Manage and account for time; document work and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain professional appearance; operate company vehicle per policy.
