Job summary

Horizon Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep facilities safe, clean, and functional. Responsibilities include routine and preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and collaboration with vendors for specialized tasks.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with 4 years of maintenance/construction experience, AZ driver’s license, and willingness to work evenings and weekends on-call. Background checks and fingerprint clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Respond to repair requests promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in all facility areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Possess AZ driver’s license with clean driving record and be 21+.
• Ability to maintain landscaping.
• Ability to perform electrical and plumbing work.
• Ability to manage inventory and MSDS sheets of custodial supplies.
• Ability to operate basic shop tools and equipment.
• Ability to make minor repairs to basic shop tools.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of general carpentry and state/city codes.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends on-call.
• Must obtain AZ level 1 fingerprint clearance and pass a background check.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
