Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance.
• Demonstrated experience in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with a meeting insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and intermediate-level maintenance.
• Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and urgent needs.
• Coordinate and monitor outside contractors.
• Ensure exterior areas are well-maintained year-round.
