Qualifications

• 3-4 years of facilities maintenance experience is required.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 70lbs and perform manual work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine checks and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and service records.
• Perform general repairs including painting, drywall, and landscaping.

Skills

Knowledge of property maintenance, landscaping, and gardening

Basic understanding of electrical wiring and mechanical systems

Ability to operate small tractors and power tools
