The role requires at least 2 years in facility maintenance, High School or GED, a valid driver’s license, and, if you are in a recovery program, at least 1 year sobriety. This is a full-time position with steady hours.

Qualifications

  • High School or GED required.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required.
  • Minimum 2 years’ facility maintenance/repair experience.
  • If in recovery program, at least 1 year sobriety required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintenance and repair of equipment.
  • Check maintenance logs daily and perform repairs promptly.
  • Ensure lights, fixtures, and exit signage are functioning.
  • Maintain safety codes in the facility.
  • Keep grounds and building clean and hazard-free.
  • Inspect and repair client furniture weekly.
  • Check and repair handrails daily.
  • Maintain building paint in good repair.
  • Store tools and supplies properly each day.
  • Support Maintenance Department operations.
  • Report repairs to supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/Director of Operations
