Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of formal training in a skilled trade or two to three years of on-the-job maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs with safety in mind.
• Experience with preventive maintenance of boilers, pumps, and HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of buildings and equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and repair instructions to guide work.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Respond to emergency calls and coordinate with team for timely repairs.
