Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance including HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
Ability to perform repairs and preventative maintenance.
Strong safety awareness and adherence to programs.

Responsibilities

Apply intermediate maintenance knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing as needed.
Perform plumbing tasks (pipes, drains, faucets, disposals, showers, Jacuzzis).
Replace breakers, ballasts, switches and other electrical fixtures; troubleshoot hazards.
Complete preventative maintenance programs on all systems (e.g., HVAC).
Repair interior walls, patches and painting; wall coverings and textures.
Inspect building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor per safety processes.
