Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Maintenance Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair property assets. You will respond to reports, perform diverse maintenance tasks, and ensure a safe, clean environment across shifts including weekends and emergencies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Proficiency with MS Office and iPad-based recordkeeping is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required; Class B CDL preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and measuring devices.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance problems and complete tasks on time and to quality standards.
• Perform mechanical, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other general maintenance tasks.
• Order and replace doggie stations, liners and related supplies.
• Pressure wash sidewalks, pool decks, signs, rails, light poles, benches and trash cans.
• Install and repair signs; paint signs and curbs.
• Maintain files and records of work orders using an iPad.
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment; perform routine equipment maintenance tests.
• Support operations across shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call emergencies.
• Ensure safe, clean, and policy-compliant work environment.
