Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on facilities and equipment using manuals or vendor specs.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs to keep buildings and grounds clean and safe; assist housekeeping as needed.
• Repair and maintain buildings and equipment on a routine and timely basis.
• Respond to maintenance requests and provide emergency or unscheduled repairs when needed.
• Maintain HVAC systems: diagnose faults and perform cleaning and adjustments.
• Keep thorough maintenance records and documentation for projects and repairs.
• Adhere to OSHA safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Assist with maintenance of service and power equipment and kitchen gear.
• Attend to other duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
