Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I to support and maintain bakery facility systems in Johnstown, CO. The role requires mechanical aptitude, experience across HVAC, electrical, welding and general building maintenance, and the ability to rotate across areas of the bakery.

Responsibilities include maintaining boilers, HVAC, process cooling, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. SAP is used for parts and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in building maintenance or as a technician in HVAC, electrical, welding, or related field.
• Experience with facility maintenance and related trades is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot facility/infrastructure systems including boilers, HVAC, and process cooling.
• Perform minor facility repairs (insulation, plumbing, electrical, lighting, carpentry, painting).
• Maintain vendor relationships for general facility maintenance.
• Oversee building and grounds upkeep including sprinkler and fire systems.
• Use SAP for parts checkout, reporting, and data entry.
• Adhere to environmental and maintenance programs and company policies.
