Job summary

Flowers Foods, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for its Canyon Bakehouse operations in Johnstown, CO. This role focuses on scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring safety and quality, with ability to rotate across bakery areas.

The ideal candidate will have HVAC, welding, electrical, and industrial equipment experience, plus a high school diploma or trade certification. Licenses for boilers/refrigeration are a plus.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience or heating and cooling system knowledge.
• Welding, electrical, and mechanical repair skills.
• Experience with industrial equipment and automotive repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate safe work habits and proper tool usage.
• Perform lubrication and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Support environmental and maintenance programs adherence.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures (EEO, Safety, etc.).
• Fulfill work schedules and attendance requirements.
• Possess or attain licenses for boilers, refrigeration components, and related equipment.
