Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a facility management or similar environment.
• Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks and hand tools.
• Familiarity with work order systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with facility managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Customer-focused mindset and commitment to meeting SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Perform general handyman tasks (patch and paint walls, replace tiles, basic carpentry).
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs (unclog sinks, replace fixtures).
• Support engineering teams (HVAC filter changes, lighting maintenance, stocking supplies).
• Engage with occupants regarding repairs and ticket updates.
• Escort vendors and assist with event setup and moves.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, spills, leaks, hazards, and other urgent conditions.
• Assess problems, troubleshoot equipment, and take corrective action.
• Escalate issues with clear details and recommended next steps.
• Help with housekeeping and general facility needs as required.
• Maintain tools and workspaces in a clean, orderly condition.
