Job summary

Responsibilities include routine inspections, basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC tasks, and winter weather readiness. The role requires two years of journeyman experience and a valid PA driver’s license. This on-site position offers regular hours and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of journeyman experience in mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical.
• Must communicate effectively with team and supervisors.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Accepts assignments from supervisor and completes repairs per code.
• Uses hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Isolates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Responds to off-hour emergencies to restore operations.
• Assists with preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Reports safety hazards promptly to CAO.
• Assists with clean-up, landscaping, and snow removal as needed.
