Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Louisville Airport is seeking a part-time Maintenance Tech to maintain hotel facilities, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related equipment. The role requires troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and guest area care.

The position targets mechanical and electrical system upkeep with adherence to Chief Engineer standards. High school diploma and prior engineering exposure are expected; on-site work in Louisville, KY, with opportunities for training and certifications.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Previous engineering experience required.
• HVAC and/or Electrical certification preferred or training available.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical/electrical systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing).
• PM all HVAC units annually and chemically clean according to standards set forth by Chief Engineer.
• Maintain guest rooms and public areas using the Property Preservation procedures set forth by the Chief Engineer.
• Provide quarterly preventative maintenance summary to the Chief Engineer.
• Maintain the building exterior and parking lot areas, and assist with tool inventories.
