Job summary

Crowne Plaza Louisville Airport Expo Ctr is seeking a maintenance technician to diagnose problems and repair facilities to maintain safety and service standards. The role covers utilities, production and facility equipment across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing disciplines.

The candidate should have 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and may have vocational/technical training or an Associate's degree.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain utilities, production and facility equipment.
• Perform building maintenance tasks in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain safe, orderly work areas.
• Provide emergency, unscheduled repairs for production and utilities equipment.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment.
