Job summary

Bethesda is seeking a hands-on Maintenance professional for a full-time role in Willmar, MN. You will perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment inside and outside the building to ensure resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, managing preventive maintenance tasks, handling basic repairs, and coordinating with nursing and other departments. Ability to lift heavy weights and operate in varied weather is required.

Qualifications

• Must have boilers license or be actively working toward one.
• Minnesota driver’s license is required.
• Basic knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
• Mechanically inclined and able to read repair parts instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor heating systems.
• Maintain ventilation system and ducts.
• Maintain building interior.
• Maintain building exterior and roof.
• Maintain kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the electrical lighting system.
• Remove snow from parking lots and sidewalks.
• Maintain motor vehicles.
• Provide assistance in setting up furniture for events.
• Participate in required in-service programs.
