Job summary

Bethesda Health Group is seeking a maintenance technician to support facility operations in Bethesda, MD. Responsibilities include completing work orders, installing and repairing systems, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure safe patient care environments. Candidates should have a high school diploma, HVAC certification, and mechanical maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL Driver's License.
• HVAC Certification.
• Mechanical aptitude and maintenance experience required.
• Trade-school training is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Notifies supervisor immediately of any concerns or problems within the facility.
• Properly documents material and supply orders and accounts for use of materials on daily work documents.
• Successfully completes all work orders for equipment and furniture repair.
• Installs, alters, maintains, and repairs systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Completes tasks on time. Works with vendors to accomplish some tasks.
• Initiates and completes preventive maintenance of equipment and systems as scheduled or necessary.
• Operates, repairs, and maintains assigned plant equipment, mechanical room, and plant systems.
