Hillview Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across our facilities, ensuring safety and compliance.

You will coordinate with outside contractors and support a clean environment for staff, clients, and visitors. The role requires hands-on abilities in plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrical work, and equipment care, with a focus on reporting, safety, and reliable, independent teamwork in a behavioral

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three (3) years of building maintenance experience.
• Valid California Driver License with an acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and routine maintenance on building interiors and exteriors.
• Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and after-hours emergencies as assigned.
• Coordinate access for contractors and vendors performing facility repairs.
• Order and maintain janitorial, maintenance, and facility supplies.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and recommend repair solutions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and work orders.
• Follow OSHA safety standards, infection control practices, and agency policies.
• Support special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Connaissances
