Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician at our Groveport, OH location. The role involves routine maintenance of building systems, diagnostic repairs, and collaboration with the Asset Management team to ensure reliable operations.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with potential overtime as needed. The ideal candidate has a safety-first mindset, strong maintenance skills, and experience with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience preferred in facility maintenance.
• Proficient with general maintenance practices and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems and equipment (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, generator, mechanical).
• Diagnose and repair faulty equipment using diagnostic tools and replace parts as needed.
• Operate a forklift and other material handling equipment to transport parts and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and complete work orders and inspections.
• Assist with real-time troubleshooting of automation and conveyance technology issues.
