Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trade school/associates preferred.
• 3 years of facility maintenance experience in pharma/biotech/medical device.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and cleanroom practices.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and SOPs.
• Experience with CMMS and documentation in regulated environments.
• OSHA 10/30 certification; ISO 13485 or FDA 21 CFR Part 820 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and utility systems.
• Support GMP manufacturing operations ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS and BMS systems.
• Respond to work orders with minimal production disruption.
• Assist in facility upgrades, equipment installations, and layout changes.
• Maintain records of spare parts and coordinate external repairs.
