Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Facilities Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems in a regulated medical device manufacturing setting. The role supports GMP operations, adherence to regulatory standards, and coordination with external contractors to ensure safe, compliant facility operations.

The technician will maintain CMMS/BMS documentation, assist in energy management initiatives, and work a Monday–Friday 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Qualifications

• GMP regulations knowledge is required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and SOPs.
• Experience with CMMS software and documentation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, water purification).
• Support GMP manufacturing operations by ensuring critical systems are compliant.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS and Building Management Systems.
