Stonehill Communities is seeking a Maintenance Tech to help keep all facilities in safe, comfortable condition for residents and staff. Under supervision, you will handle regular and special maintenance requests, inspect systems, and assist in improvements around the community.

The role emphasizes teamwork with the Facilities Director, on-call rotation, and the potential for weekend/holiday work with holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining buildings, grounds and equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand mechanical systems.
• Strong basic math and mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Keep buildings, grounds and equipment in good operating condition.
• Review daily work orders and perform requested maintenance tasks.
• Test smoke detectors, generators, circuits and extinguishers on schedule.
