Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots mechanical, plumbing, and electrical problems and repairs or seeks solutions.
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment on a schedule.
• Changes filters and inspects air handlers.
• Cleans, inspects, and repairs HVAC equipment.
• Inspects and repairs plumbing facilities.
• Inspects lights and electrical components.
• Inspects fire extinguishers and emergency lighting.
• Performs general carpentry, repairs, builds, and sheetrock work.
• Inspects and repairs furniture and appliances.
• Maintains and orders shop supplies and parts.
• Completes work orders.
• Performs related duties as required.
