Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician to keep the production and manufacturing facility in top condition. You will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks to support operations, with shifts that may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Schedule Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. The role requires 1–3 years of industrial maintenance experience, basic computer skills, ability to read machine prints, and the stamina to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repairs.
  • Work well under pressure in a production environment.
  • Experience in mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
  • HVAC certified (preferred).
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate completion of work lists.
  • Check HVAC components, doors, lighting, roof and premises on a routine schedule.
  • Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and security.
  • Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs; plumbing, painting and carpentry as required.
  • Snow removal, salting and ground work as needed.
  • Assist in roof maintenance and patching as needed.
  • Other duties and training as required.

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certifications. This position may require schedule adjustments, including early morning, late evening, or weekend shifts to meet the operational needs of the business.

CORE JOB DUTIES

  • Timely and accurate completion of work lists
  • Check HVAC components, doors, interior / exterior lighting, roof and general premises on a routine schedule
  • Maintain building systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
  • Repair mechanical equipment as directed
  • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing, painting and carpentry as required
  • Snow removal and salting / Mowing or other groundwork as required
  • Assist in roof maintenance repair work as needed
  • Touch up painting and drywall patching as needed
  • Miscellaneous troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Use protective hearing, eyewear and safety shoes when necessary
  • Other duties as necessary
  • Complete required training in timely manner

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

  • 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
  • An ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in hot / humid and cold environments
  • Experience in a production environment using mechanical, electrical and plumbing trouble-shooting skills
  • Hands on experience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations, control circuits and PLC’s preferred
  • Relevant technical knowledge
  • HVAC Certified (preferred)
  • Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
  • Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
  • Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.

Pay Range

$24 - $26 USD
