Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. You will ensure the facility is maintained for production and manufacturing operations, handling plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC tasks as needed.

You will inspect and maintain HVAC, lighting, life safety and building systems, coordinate with contractors, and keep accurate maintenance logs in a fast-paced cultivation environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair.
• Hands-on experience in piping, electrical installations and control circuits.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Experience in production environments using mechanical, electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied indoor/outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building systems including lighting, HVAC, life safety and security.
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed.
• Monitor utilities and energy management in the facility.
• Move equipment and supplies between properties as required.
• Assist with roof maintenance and painting as needed.

SCHEDULE

JOB SUMMARY

Cresco Labs is seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician. As the Facility Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the facility is maintained in a satisfactory condition for all required production and manufacturing operations. The maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of the facility and should have a variety of skills, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC certification.

CORE JOB DUTIES

• Assistswith building inspections,procuringbids, building operations,leasingand projects, as needed
• Timely completion of work lists
• Check HVAC, door, interior / exterior lighting,roofand general premises on a routine schedule
• Maintainbuilding systems including interior/exterior lighting, HVAC, thermostats, life safety and building security including fencing
• Repair mechanical equipment as directed
• Keepa log ofmaintenance performed
• Electrical including bulbs/ballast replacement, plumbing,paintingand carpentry asrequired
• Have keys to every area,markedand organized and be knowledgeable of the various keys
• Snow/salt or otherground workasrequired(maintainsnow plowvendor)
• Maintain HVAC contractor
• Maintain Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors
• Maintain an inventory list for janitorial,mechanicaland electrical supplies
• Moveequipment, tools or supplies between properties asrequired
• Errands asrequired, including picking up supplies at various vendors asrequired
• Assistin roof maintenance repair work as needed
• Touch up painting anddry-wallpatching as needed
• Miscellaneous trouble shooting and problem solving
• Monitor utility usage andbe responsible forbuilding energy management (including but not limited to) the building automation system
• Use protective hearing,eye-wearand shoes when necessary
• Properly mark store purchase receipts andsubmitpackets bi-weekly
• Properly shredand dispose of facility waste
• Other duties as necessary

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• 1-3 years of industrial building maintenance preferred
• Ability to read machine prints and perform machine repair
• An ability to work well under pressure
• Hands onexperience in installation of piping systems (air, water, steam), industrial electrical installations and control circuits
• Relevant technical knowledge
• HVAC Certified (preferred)
• Experience in a production environment using mechanical,electricaland plumbing trouble-shooting skills; utility installations (electrical, steam, air, process piping) is a plus
• Must be ableto tolerateexposure to dust and pollen due to the nature of working in acultivation center.
• Must be able to drive aforklift, car, van,andtruck.
• Environmentwill consist of office, indoor grow production, warehouse or distribution environment, as well as out-door elements on a frequent basis.
• Regularly required to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine.
• Ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift equipment or plants up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
• Ability to perform the job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced,changingand challenging environment

Pay Range

$24 - $26 USD
