Job summary

Northstar Aerospace in Phoenix is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor to direct the installation and maintenance of equipment within the facility. This full-time role supervises a team while ensuring that the plant facilities are in excellent condition and compliant with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing maintenance, with five years of experience and strong leadership skills. A BS/BA in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with direct supervision and leading a team of direct reports.
• Project scheduling work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise installation and maintenance of facility equipment.
• Ensure upkeep of manufacturing equipment and infrastructure.
• Mentor and train Maintenance personnel.

CNC and manual machine repair and maintenance

Facilities equipment and building infrastructure

Lean and Six Sigma or other process improvement

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
