Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun seek a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to direct and coordinate all phases of maintenance and construction for assigned areas, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will assist in scheduling, bidding, contracting, and material orders; supervise maintenance foreman and departments, and address employee concerns, including union matters. The role requires a valid driver's license and the ability to pass drug/background checks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years related experience in construction or facilities maintenance, including 1 year in management.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Analytical skills to organize workload and set priorities.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with management, union and seasonal employees.
• Ability to pass drug test and background check per company policy.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the direction, supervision and coordination of maintenance and new construction at Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun for assigned areas.
• Assist in scheduling, bidding, contracting, and material ordering for projects.
• Plan, supervise and discipline departments and Maintenance Foreman; address employee concerns including union grievances.
• Maintain records required by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources; review storm water discharge reports.
• Assist in preparing department budgets; monitor weekly performance and take action.
• Adhere to CBAs and park policies; uphold safety and customer service standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
