Job summary

Worlds of Fun is seeking a maintenance-oriented professional to perform general plumbing tasks, from installing to repairing water and drainage systems. You will support the Oceans of Fun Maintenance Foreman and respond to requests from the Director of Maintenance while ensuring safety and guest-friendly service.

Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays is required, along with a valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug checks.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team and guests.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings to interpret requirements.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check as per policy.
• Good math skills for measurements and computations, and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• From blueprints or instructions, perform general plumbing installation and repair of water and drainage pipes and fixtures.
• Assist the Maintenance team and respond to needs of the Maintenance Director and Foreman.
• Provide guest service per Cedar Fair standards, including answering questions and directions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Meet scheduling availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
