Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• At least seven (7) years of commercial property experience in maintaining or repairing buildings or systems.
• Completion of required maintenance certifications.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a working supervisor; leads and coaches crew by example.
• Ensures safety of the personnel in their department.
• Develops, schedules, and controls a preventive maintenance program.
• Conducts regular meetings with team members.
