Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance crew; perform and oversee preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure safety of personnel and equipment; conduct safety meetings.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage scheduling, staffing, and work assignments.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs for production machinery and building systems.
• Interview, hire, train, and evaluate maintenance staff; address issues and resolve problems.
• Maintain inventories of maintenance materials and parts; manage requisitions.
