The successful candidate will assist with basic maintenance tasks, read instructions, log activities, and be prepared for overtime as production schedules require. Prior experience and a good mechanical aptitude are appreciated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of facilities machinery and production areas.
• Participate in training to ensure quality product and customer requirements.
• Comply with safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Identify potential emergency situations and report incidents.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors in production areas and clean main aisles.
• Assist with other light maintenance projects as directed.
