Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of maintenance staff to meet operational needs.
• Plan and assign work and supervise personnel; maintain crew morale.
• Perform routine electrical, lighting, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Keep records (key log, materials, vendor, maintenance logs, etc.).
• Coordinate with and oversee work by outside contractors.
