St. Martha Catholic School in Sarasota, FL seeks a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facilities team, supervise custodians, coordinate repairs, and ensure safe, reliable operations of all buildings and systems.

You will plan and assign work, maintain records, oversee outside contractors, and respond to security and emergency calls around the clock. A high school diploma, valid Florida driver's license, and readiness for on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid US Driver's License.
• Working knowledge of building equipment.
• Must pass background check and FDLE fingerprinting.
• On-call availability 24/7 for emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Maintain facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine electrical, lighting, plumbing and carpentry repairs.
• Keep logs and records (HVAC, maintenance, inventories, inspections).
• Coordinate special projects and events.
• Oversee contracts and outside contractors.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff.
• Order materials and supplies within budget.
• Respond to security and emergencies 24/7.
• Enforce custodial methods and evaluate performance.
