Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks a Description Maintenance Supervisor at Delaware Valley Job Corps in Callicoon, NY. You will lead the maintenance team to keep facilities safe, functional, and compliant, while coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and staff development.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay of $65,000 annually, and full benefits including health, retirement matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree or technical certification preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Electrician, HVAC, and/or Plumbing license preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility maintenance operations and quality control.
• Supervise and support maintenance staff and Work-Based Learning students.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and subcontracted work.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staff training.
• Help manage energy conservation and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain and oversee computerized work order systems.
• Ensure projects and repairs meet company, local, and government standards.
• Partner with departments and instructors to support student involvement and campus operations.
• Mentor staff and model Career Success Standards.
