Woodstream, the leading pest and animal control platform, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician I for the Lititz, PA facility on 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot machines, set up tooling, and help maximize uptime while ensuring safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of maintenance or high-volume manufacturing experience, plus hands-on skills with conveyors, motors, pneumatics, and basic electrical troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• HSD / GED required or proven on the job related technical experience.
• 3-5 years of combined work experience in maintenance or high-volume manufacturing.
• Certification in hydraulic, electrical, or pneumatics preferred.
• Experience repairing conveyors, motors, pneumatics, and other production equipment.
• Strong reading/writing English and basic math skills.
• Ability to pass T1 qualification test in English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure equipment availability to meet production schedules.
• Maintain uptime on production equipment to meet throughput goals.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems and troubleshoot to restore production.
• Operate and certify on assigned work center equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout procedures at all times.
• Support engineers in improving equipment performance.
• Keep spare parts stocked and coordinate with Inventory Specialist.
• Ensure safety and a clean, orderly work environment.
• Attend and be punctual.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
