Job summary

The State of Missouri is seeking a Maintenance and Grounds Supervisor to lead a diverse team across grounds maintenance and trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and more. You will ensure work aligns with project objectives and supports the Office of Administration's mission.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in semi-skilled work.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 certification preferred, FMDC can provide if needed.
• Possess and maintain a valid Missouri driver license.
• Safety-first mindset with knowledge of trade hazards and safety precautions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team across grounds maintenance and multiple trades.
• Plan, supervise, and ensure quality of semi-skilled work.
• Respond to emergencies and provide after-hours coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors to meet project goals.
• Prioritize service quality and ensure compliance with agency requirements.
