Job summary

Visitlive is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Ballpark Village in Saint Louis, MO. The role oversees routine and preventative maintenance, assists with warehouse functions, and performs skilled building trades to keep facilities in optimal condition.

The supervisor will coordinate with engineering and maintenance staff, inspect equipment, manage inventory, and ensure safety and compliance. A strong hands-on background is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in facilities, maintenance or building technician role.
• Knowledge of basic tools used in building trades.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, maintains, and installs machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous operations.
• Performs maintenance on utility systems to provide continuous heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air for operations.
• Assists in preventive maintenance with engineering/maintenance staff.
• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with standards.
• Identifies inventory needs and supports proper storage and usage of supplies.
• Assists with safety procedures, MSDS compliance, labeling and handling of materials.
• Responds to work orders as directed by management.
• Assists with key control policies and procedures.
• Some travel may be required.
• On-call and overtime duties may be required by GM.
