Job summary

ENVIGO RMS LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in California to oversee daily maintenance operations, schedule technicians, and manage both in-house and contracted maintenance services. The role focuses on safe, reliable facility operations and minimizing disruptions to animal welfare and business continuity.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary certification in a related field, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, and support maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance are followed across all maintenance activities.
• Oversee in-house and outsourced mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC maintenance and repairs.
• Review equipment alarms and resolve facility or system failures to protect animal welfare and business continuity.
• Maintain accurate repair histories, spare parts inventory, and CAFM-related records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes and KPI reporting.
