Job summary

Casa Bonita is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Colorado. You will lead a team of custodians and technicians, coordinate maintenance projects, and ensure the building remains safe and operational for guests and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance tasks, coordinating with vendors, inspecting equipment, and supporting safety and compliance efforts. Competitive hourly pay and full-time benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ leadership experience in facilities maintenance or similar roles.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and be on-call for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day facilities operations and maintenance work orders.
• Supervise custodians and technicians; provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and safety during shifts.
• Oversee vendor services for landscaping, HVAC, pool, and other maintenance tasks.
• Identify needs for service contracts and manage maintenance projects.
• Inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and entertainment equipment as directed.
• Coordinate repairs with the Facility Director and ensure safety compliance.
• Contribute to health and safety plan adherence and recordkeeping.
• Support purchasing of facilities supplies and equipment; assist daily tasks as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility systems and equipment.
