Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Specialist for Boulder Beach in Boulder City, NV. You will perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems to support our operations and guest experience.

You will coordinate with vendors, record-keeping, and scheduling to maintain facilities effectively. This role requires a strong sense of safety, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to issues; experience in preventive maintenance is preferred

Qualifications

Partial High School education is preferred.
High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
Strong customer service abilities; actively looks for ways to assist customers and coworkers.
Ability to recognize when a problem has occurred and communicate it to management.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building systems.
Conduct scheduled inspections of designated buildings and equipment; repair malfunctions.
Respond to emergency facility needs and safety issues; disengage systems as needed.
Lock and secure buildings; monitor and reset automatic security systems as appropriate.
Assist with inventory and security of maintenance supplies; ensure safe environment.
