Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of facility maintenance experience with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.

• One year of experience as a supervisor or team leader.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility maintenance staff and manage time sheets.
• Coordinate vendors and track work progress; inspect vendor work for quality.
• Assign work orders to technicians and ensure timely completion.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules.
• Track assets using Brightly software.
