City of Maypearl is seeking a Parks Maintenance Supervisor to directly supervise, train, and assist staff in park maintenance, landscape design/installation, turf management, irrigation work, and field preparation. The role includes oversight of athletic fields, playgrounds, and tennis courts, as well as safety and scheduling duties within municipal facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in park maintenance or related field with 3 years of progressive supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance, turf management, irrigation, and pest management.
• Ability to supervise staff, coordinate maintenance schedules, and ensure safety and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Direct supervise, train, and assist staff in park maintenance functions.
• Oversee landscape design/installation and turf management.
• Coordinate irrigation installation/repair, chemical applications, and maintenance of facilities and playgrounds.
