You will lead preventive maintenance programs, manage vendors and contractors, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and compliance across facilities, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a maintenance program in a supervisory role.
• 5+ years hands-on maintenance on material handling equipment and facility systems.
• Experience improving reliability and reducing downtime.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, inspection, repairs, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance of building infrastructure and equipment.
• Establish and manage preventive maintenance programs to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Perform scheduled and breakdown maintenance of facility and office equipment.
• Manage 3rd party vendors, contractors, and invoicing for tasks completed.
• Mentor and coach maintenance technicians and drive professional development.
• Travel up to 25% to other network Distribution Centers as needed.
