Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires at least 5 years of progressive experience in skilled trades.
• Leadership skills and experience preferred.
• Must be well organized and computer literate (MS Office).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with CMMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in building and facilities maintenance and repair
• Ensures safety standards and precautions are followed
• Inspects completed work for accuracy
