Job summary

Aramark Corporation in Coppell, TX is seeking a Maintenance Worker / Building Maintenance Technician to support daily facility operations and maintenance. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotations, overtime opportunities, and occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on building maintenance or related experience.
Ability to diagnose and resolve common building issues independently.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, or service providers.
Experience with basic HVAC, lighting, plumbing, walls, and flooring repairs.
Willingness to work Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with on-call rotations and overtime.

Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair lighting, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, walls, doors, flooring, and other infrastructure.
Conduct basic HVAC maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting.
Complete preventive maintenance activities and scheduled inspections.
Respond to work orders and prioritize repairs to reduce downtime.
Oversee contractors performing maintenance or construction work.
Assist with small facility improvements and capital projects.
Document work, inspections, and maintenance activities.
